What can I expect during a therapy session?
First we will begin with a free 15 min. phone consultation where I will answer any questions you may have and assess your needs. From there we will either schedule an intake session, or I will provide more appropriate resources or providers. In the intake session, I will explain the therapeutic process, policies and procedures, gain history of your presenting concerns, and identify goals and a treatment plan.
